Role Overview
We are a small, dedicated healthcare team looking for a versatile Patient & Clinic Coordinator to join our clinic.
Your primary focus will be supporting the patient journey and ensuring day-to-day tasks are handled efficiently alongside the rest of the team. We are looking for a true team player who is as comfortable managing a schedule as they are jumping in to help a colleague or capturing a patient success story.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Coordination & Support
- Work closely with patients to coordinate treatments, answer questions, and ensure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Manage patient communication across various channels with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintain a high standard of care by ensuring the patient environment is welcoming and organized.
2. Shared Operations & Teamwork
- Collaborate with the whole team to manage and complete daily, weekly, and monthly task lists.
- Contribute to a cohesive work environment through clear, proactive communication with all staff members.
- Switch roles fluidly as needed—whether that is covering the front desk, assisting with administration, or helping out in clinical areas during busy periods.
3. Internal Documentation & Media
- Support the clinic’s growth by obtaining patient reviews and testimonials.
- Help document the clinic’s work by taking photos and short videos of daily life and patient results for our digital presence.
- Ensure all content is gathered ethically and stays within our professional guidelines.
4. Front desk Support
- Scheduling and calendar management.
- Answering calls and following through with patient queries.
- Invoicing and receipt of payments.
Requirements & Traits

- Effective Communicator: Clear communication with both patients and teammates.
- Adaptable: This is a hands-on role, and you may need to switch around depending on the needs of the working day.
- Experience: A medical background is a plus, but we value the right attitude and a strong work ethic above all else.
